GriefShare is a support group that offers help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. The course is 13 weeks.

Teaching is done by video seminar with leading grief recovery experts, such as psychiatrists, counsellors, pastors, etc. Some time is spent in group discussions and a workbook is provided to work through at home.

Topics covered in the weekly meetings deal with guilt, anger, complicating factors such as suicide and murder, the question 'Why?', and more.

We meet weekly, on Wednesdays, from 4:00 - 5:30 pm in the Firseide Cafe.. We will meet every week until December 5, take a break for Christmas, and finish up the sessions on January 9.
